Being a Scout is about experiencing new and adventurous things, Scouts do this in small groups called Patrols or all together as a Troop led by a Scout leader with other volunteers who support their Scouts to get the fullest from their activities, share and make new skills! 

Many Scout Troops call their leaders by their name, but some keep up the tradition of calling the leader in charge Skip.
